Su objetivo es ayudar a centrar la atenci\u00f3n en una ense\u00f1anza eficaz y productiva de las lenguas extrajeras a los alumnos con dificultades de aprendizaje. Su aspecto innovador radica en el hecho de que est\u00e1 dirigido a la evaluaci\u00f3n de los conocimientos y habilidades de los profesores\/formadores de LE, en relaci\u00f3n con la ense\u00f1anza a personas con DA. \n<br><br>\nAdicionalmente, los usuarios podr\u00e1n elegir entre opciones predeterminadas en las \u00e1reas de:\n<ul>\n \t<li>metodolog\u00eda y herramientas que utilizan cuando ense\u00f1an a personas con DA;<\/li>\n \t<li>medici\u00f3n de sus conocimientos, habilidades y competencias en relaci\u00f3n con la ense\u00f1anza de LE a personas con DA.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\nLa herramienta est\u00e1 dise\u00f1ada para determinar, seg\u00fan la elecci\u00f3n de cada usuario, las pautas y predisposiciones m\u00e1s relevantes (es decir, los puntos fuertes y d\u00e9biles y los niveles de conocimiento). Una vez completado el cuestionario, se elaborar\u00e1 un informe con los resultados, que se pondr\u00e1 a disposici\u00f3n de los usuarios.\n<br><br>\nEl desarrollo de la herramienta de autoevaluaci\u00f3n para profesores\/formadores de lenguas extranjeras (LE) a alumnos con dificultades de aprendizaje (DA), se basa en la adaptaci\u00f3n de los indicadores de la secci\u00f3n de autoevaluaci\u00f3n del Porfolio Europeo para Estudiantes de Profesores de Idiomas (siglas en ingl\u00e9s  (<a href=\"http:\/\/archive.ecml.at\/mtp2\/fte\/pdf\/C3_Epostl_E.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">EPOSTL<\/a>).). El Porfolio Europeo para Estudiantes de Profesores de Idiomas es un documento desarrollado por el Centro Europeo de Lenguas Modernas (CELM), que fomenta la reflexi\u00f3n sobre los conocimientos y habilidades did\u00e1cticas necesarias para ense\u00f1ar idiomas, mejora la autoevaluaci\u00f3n de las competencias did\u00e1cticas y facilita el seguimiento del progreso y el registro de las experiencias de la ense\u00f1anza de idiomas.\n<br><br>\nEl tiempo estimado necesario para completar la herramienta de autoevaluaci\u00f3n es de unos 30 minutos.\n<br><br>\nToda la informaci\u00f3n proporcionada en la herramienta se registra de forma an\u00f3nima y ser\u00e1 utilizada \u00fanicamente por el equipo de trabajo del proyecto <strong> TuDOrs Convertir los problemas de aprendizaje en oportunidades<\/strong>. Los criterios que definen este contexto se encuentran en los planes de estudio europeos, nacionales y locales, aunque tambi\u00e9n puede ser necesario tener en cuenta las recomendaciones y los documentos internacionales. Otro factor determinante del modo de actuaci\u00f3n de los profesores de LE es la identificaci\u00f3n global de los objetivos y las necesidades especiales de los alumnos. con DA puede considerarse como la puesta en pr\u00e1ctica de los objetivos de aprendizaje establecidos para los alumnos con DA a trav\u00e9s de los procedimientos de ense\u00f1anza oportunos. Se basa en los principios derivados de las teor\u00edas y los m\u00e9todos apropiados de la descripci\u00f3n de la lengua extranjera, el aprendizaje de la misma y su uso. Se pueden aplicar procedimientos de ense\u00f1anza espec\u00edficos para apoyar el aprendizaje de aspectos del sistema de la LE, como la gram\u00e1tica, el vocabulario y la pronunciaci\u00f3n. adquiridas tanto en una clase con varios alumnos, como en las sesiones individuales. Comprende la elaboraci\u00f3n de un plan de clase con una serie de actividades que tengan en cuenta el aprendizaje y el rendimiento individual previo de los alumnos, as\u00ed como la interacci\u00f3n de los profesores LE con los alumnos con DA durante los procesos de ense\u00f1anza y aprendizaje. Tambi\u00e9n incluye la capacidad de los profesores para gestionar el aprendizaje, organizar diferentes tareas y actividades y hacer uso de los recursos. profesores de LE deben tomar ciertas decisiones al evaluar los procesos y resultados del aprendizaje. Estas decisiones consisten en qu\u00e9, cu\u00e1ndo y c\u00f3mo evaluar y qu\u00e9 hacer con la informaci\u00f3n obtenida para mejorar el aprendizaje y sus propios procedimientos de ense\u00f1anza. La evaluaci\u00f3n puede llevarse a cabo de varias maneras, adem\u00e1s de las tradicionales pruebas y ex\u00e1menes. Pueden hacer hincapi\u00e9 en el conocimiento de la LE, en el rendimiento y la conciencia cultural. No obstante, los profesores siempre deber\u00e1n tener en cuenta la validez de las pruebas con respecto a los objetivos de aprendizaje y la transparencia de la calificaci\u00f3n.
