The idea:

The design of the logo came up from the 3 key-words of the project: turning, disabilities, opportunities. If you turn upside down the symbol you can use it either with the “head” which indicates disabilities, or with the “lamp” side which indicates the opportunities.

We tried to give a balance between the difficulties & the new changes they will receive from the project.
