Introduction

In this module, we will address the main methodologies for the inclusion of students with learning difficulties and/or disabilities.

The module explores numerous methods for working with students with learning difficulties, namely Lovaas method, kinaesthetic approach, game-based learning, self-learning, oral language learning, multi-sensory, assistive technology, principle of individualisation and systematicity and collaborative work and multidisciplinary tasks.

The module shares some important resources about listed methodologies, offers further reading for teachers that will use the methods in the classroom and also addresses main aspects of difficulties, connected with methodologies that teachers can apply in the process of teaching.
